Warranty

JKS warranty is 12 months from the date of transport/delivery of the product and is handled and provided directly by the reseller.
For products under warranty, the end customer must contact the reseller (including online shops) from whom the product was purchased directly.

Assistance

Direct support is dedicated to JKS resellers.
For any specific enquiries, end customers should contact their reseller directly.
